The technician arrived exactly on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Best of all, everything was fixed within 45 minutes.
I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for their annual maintenance program, which I believe is an incredible value. I highly recommend 3D Air Service to anyone looking for dependable, professional, and knowledgeable HVAC service!

I had a great experience with 3-D. Rick did a great job educating me on what was going on with my unit preventative maintenance steps and coaching me along the way throughout the whole visit which I very much appreciated. 3-D is a better company with guys like Rick working for them. I can’t recommend him enough. I was also very pleased with the scheduling, bookingand the communication on the technical side from 3-D as well. Made the whole experience very seamless.

Brad was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He rescued us when he was finishing up a call across the street and I flagged him down with a likely capacitor issue and a service outlet meltdown.

I hate having HVAC problems but I love knowing that 3D Air Services is a phone call away and I will have prompt service with a smiling face. Clay came out in the dreadful heat and repaired our issue. He seemed to be a hard working guy and very courteous. I haven’t met a technician employed by 3D that I would not want returning to my home. Highly recommend!

I think I just experienced the best home repair service ever. The call was fielded promptly, professionally, and kindly. The service technician was amazing. Quick, efficient, and supremely capable. He was thorough and very helpful pointing out issues I was dealing with. All of this was after hours as well. He worked diligently until the problem was solved. If I could give more stars, I would. A++
