We needed backflow testing and reported to BWW and this company charged us 4 times the going rate. What should have cost $50 ( verified with competitors that this was the going rate and it’s what I have paid the last 3 years) was charged $200…Called to ask for clarification as to why this invoice was labeled “extra on backflow” and was told there was no issue or problems. Tried to get them to make it right but to no avail…Buyer beware! This company will rip you off!

We asked Bonham to give us an estimate to replace our hot water heater because it was leaking. They came out the next day and offered a detailed estimate with a good price. They came and replaced it the next day on time. The technicians were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We would use Bonham in the future for our plumbing needs.

Beware of this company. They did the plumbing in several new houses in Liberty Park that have caused numerous problems. Our next door neighbor’s master bath flooded the first day they moved in. We’ve had numerous issues at our house. They installed the wrong tub stopper in one of the tubs. When they came to fix it, they left the biggest mess and rinsed some of the mess down the tub drain!!!! Then over the past 6 months the cold water shut off valve on 5, yes 5 sinks have dripped to the point of flooding several bathrooms! We absolutely do not recommend this plumber!

A company ran by great people. When I was in Afghanistan, they sent care packages for an entire platoon of Marines for a full deployment. Good people!

These guys were fantastic! Had to call them for an emergency visit at night (bless them) and they came out, and got the problem resolved! We are so thankful not only for that, but they were kind, professional, and extremely helpful. Would 100% recommend them!!!
