Good customer service is of paramount concern with this family owned business even down to calling 30 minutes prior to arrival.
I guess that's why after close to 10 yrs of excellent service, I wouldn't even contemplate using another company.

They reach out to me when it’s time for the semi-annual service. The appointment is scheduled quickly and efficiently. The technicians call to advise when they will arrive. We are moving all of our heating and cooling service to Carden. They have gone above and beyond to help us On more than one occasion. I cannot say enough good things about the company or the employees. Mason, who came out today to fix our air conditioner was fantastic, polite, and extremely efficient! Carden installed the HVAC in my home, and I have used them for all services since I purchased the home in 2022. Their service has been excellent. Today their technician Mason Crain installed two Ecobee smart thermostats in about an hour. As always, Mason did a fine job as he has in his previous visits. I recommend Carden and I am always glad to have Mason as the technician.

Carden Heating and Cooling is a terrific HVAC company! Tommy and Colton came out, listened to my concerns and quickly identified the issue and resolved! We have had a few companies come out and recommend everything from all new duct work to a complete new unit. Carden heating and cooling diagnosed & repaired the same day!
