Steve assessed my needs quickly and began work within a day, which I know is not always the case. I needed a new unit and was happy with the choices the provided and the one I eventually made. They were friendly and thorough. Jeff made a couple trips to assure everything was complete and working properly. Steve stayed in contact throughout. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them for any HVAC needs.

My air conditioning went out on Thursday night and I called Casper- they offered to fit me in the same day I called. I’m not sure if this is always the case, but they even had a spot for me the following day which would’ve been a Saturday. No other company I called tried in the slightest to get her air-conditioning back up and running quickly (July in Alabama) but Casper did just that. They fix The issue quickly at a great price. I will use only Casper going forward.

Polite, professional, and straightforward. That's what I like, Steve just tells me what the situation is- and I appreciate that. The show up on time, do a good work, and have a completely reasonable rate. And if you get on a contract, they will come out twice a year, scheduled visits without even having to remember or waiting for something to break. Pretty awesome if you ask me.
Would absolutely recommend.

Steve and Jeff at Casper Heating and Cooling were fantastic to work with. They were professional, honest, on-time, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need. The work was done efficiently, the price was fair, and the system is running great so far! Highly recommend!
