The young lady that called to set up my appointment was *so friendly* and explained what would happen next... then there was an appt. confirmation text.. then the technician (Jaylin P.) sent a text and called when he was on the way. Very knowledgeable young man... took the time to explain what he was looking for, and why... professional and courteous... and now my fan works 😊
HIGHLY RECOMMEND ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★★★★★
I’ve used Dawson True Services for five new installations and several service calls at my properties, and they have been outstanding every time. They always show up when they say they will, communicate well, and are genuinely enjoyable to work with. Every technician I’ve dealt with has had a great attitude and has been extremely knowledgeable and professional.
It’s hard to find a service company this dependable, and I highly recommend Dawson True Services to anyone looking for quality HVAC service!

I called Dawson thinking I may not get an appointment for a day or so. Devante was there in 2 hours. He was kind and very knowledgeable. Got my AC up and running quickly and never tried to upsale. In fact, I asked him about a maintenance plan. And he was great at explaining the perks. Great experience. Thank you.

My usual repairman was out of town for 3 weeks. I called to schedule an appointment because our ac suddenly went out. Jaquan came out early the next morning and was able to get our ac up and running within half an hour. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Very impressed.... so much in fact that we went on contract for future service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fast service and reasonable repair cost. Thanks 😊

Dawson True Heating & Cooling did an outstanding job at my home today. They were professional, on time, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The team worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. It’s hard to find companies these days that combine great customer service with quality work, but they definitely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs.
