Mason handled my call about problems with my air conditioner. He was courteous and helpful. I called in the afternoon and had a service appointment the next day. Dan was the service technician. He was respectful and informative. Dan checked out both of my AC units while he was there. He quickly identified and repaired my AC. Dan gave clear pricing information, including explaining a current special that saved me money. He made sure that he had answered all of my questions before I left.

This was not my first great experience with Douglas Cooling… Matt always shows up on time and calls first. Yesterday he and Jackson checked everything out and adjusted what was needed. I really appreciate their quality of work, kindness, and solution-focused process. As a single, female homeowner, it makes all the difference. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!

Douglas Cooling and Heating did an excellent evaluation of my cooling system. They identified the problem which wasn't the AC system but an insulation problem in my attic. Very honest and professional technician. Did not try to sell me an hvac unit. Told me what to do to remedy the problem I had 2 other companies just tell me everything was ok with unit and offer no explanation so I got Douglas to come out based on a friends recommendation. I'll use them from now on!! Highly recommend them.

Jeremy from Douglas K&S Heating, Cooling and Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water pressure valve and cutoff valve in my home. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the work being done.
What really stood out was Jeremy’s attention to detail and pride in his work. The installation was clean, efficient, and done right the first time. On top of that, his positive attitude and easygoing personality made the whole experience stress-free.
It’s not often you come across someone who combines top-notch skill with genuine friendliness, but Jeremy does exactly that. Without a doubt, he’s the best plumber in the area—maybe even the world. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

I’ve done business with Douglas since they operated as K & S Services. I’ve had 2 systems in that time, the last they installed for me 3 years ago. The techs are always friendly and professional and they keep my system running flawlessly. I’ve also used their plumbing service and it’s just as good. I strongly recommend this company!
