I can’t say enough good things about Ethridge Heating and Air. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. They were incredibly easy to work with, showed up quickly, and took the time to give honest, knowledgeable advice without any pressure.
We had a very old unit that finally gave out, and they were able to replace it and install a new Trane system the same day. The whole process felt smooth and well handled.
Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to trust. It’s not always easy to find a company like that, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Brian came out to look at my heat pump and give me some options for replacement. He performed a thorough inspection and provided me with several options to replace my unit. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend them

I was very impressed with the service we received. From start to finish, the experience was professional, efficient, and genuinely reassuring. He arrived on time, took the time to thoroughly assess our system, and clearly explained what was going on to my wife in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated his honesty—just straightforward recommendations focused on what was best for our home. What stood out most was his attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right. He worked carefully, made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving, and even offered helpful tips on maintaining our system to prevent future issues.

Brian Penwell came out to give me an estimate on a new AC install and instead found my issue with the current unit and got the unit running again with no charge for the visit. Turns out I still need a new unit (15+yrs old) and so I’m going to purchase my new unit from Etheridge because of Brian’s honesty, help, and earning my trust. In addition, of 12 requests for estimate, only Etheridge replied exactly as I asked and therefore earned the in person visit that ultimately got them the sale. Only 2 others replies at all and one replied by calling which was the opposite of how I’d asked to be communicated with. Attention to detail matters when you’re talking today’s prices.

Thank you so much for repairing my a/c system! I appreciate you for diagnosing the problem with accuracy! My house feels like the North Pole! It was 102 degrees outside and 82 in my house. We couldn’t have lasted much longer! Thank God for you and your prompt service!
