Kevin came out on a half-day's notice after our regular plumber had difficulty clearing the line (after hours of work) at our house. His equipment is powerful enough that the blockage was cleared in minutes, and there was no mess in our basement.
I think they do more commercial work, but would definitely call for any blockages at your house, too.
