We went to this Italian restaurant to meet up with family we haven’t seen for a while. We ordered penne with meatballs in a red sauce and a linguine with meatballs. We also ordered the pasta Alfrido with chicken and the spaghetti and sauce. The food was good but the penne was a bit on the cool side. The service was excellent. Our server made sure that everything was okay. All in all it was a good place to eat.

Nice and reasonable priced lunch. I gave 4 stars because my ziti was ordered with meat sauce and it came out with just regular pasta sauce. The server did bring me a side of meat sauce to pour on top, but the ziti wasn’t baked in the meat sauce which would have made the pasta taste a lot better.

First time at this little spot in sylacagua. Reminds me of some of the Italian spots up north. Ordered the chicken parmagean, the Alfredo fettuccine and 2 side salads. The chicken parm was really good the sauce wasn't to much and the noodles were perfect and so was the chicken. The 2 salads were awesome especially the Caesar dressing. The Alfredo was not that good in my opinion the noodles were undercooked and real chewy and stuck to my teeth. The Alfredo sauce was a little bland and didn't have that Italian pop with the Alfredo sauce. The bread was good. The service was great. Definitely would give it a shot if you havent.

The chairs actually hurt to sit in, and we had to wipe down the table ourselves with napkins. The music station they use will play a single song and then political ads for several minutes in between each song.
The marinara had plenty of garlic (possibly too much for many people, but I love the stuff, so be aware) but didn't have much in the way of any herbs. The food was cold and some came out missing ingredients, then we were told they were out after the fact. We almost didn't get our appetizer, and had to remind them we ordered one. We sat for a while waiting for refills that we never got.
The waitresses were very nice, but didn't really seem bothered that we had a less than pleasant experience with the food and the wait.

Me and the family went to Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant for supper and it turned out real good. Plates come out hot and plenty full, pasta had good flavor and the sauce tasted like somebody actually cooked it, not just poured from a jar. Bread was warm, they kept the basket and drinks topped off, and the place felt clean and easy goin, not too fancy. For what we paid we all walked out full and happy, I’d sure eat there again.
