We had such a wonderful experience at Hattie B’s! Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful. I ordered the three-wing meal with pimento mac & cheese, followed by the peach cobbler with ice cream for dessert—and everything was absolutely delicious! The wings were flavorful, the pimento mac & cheese was so good, and that warm peach cobbler with ice cream was the perfect ending.
We genuinely enjoyed our time there and felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience.

Finally tried Hattie B's Hot Chicken and I’m so glad I did! This is definitely a Birmingham staple.
I ordered the Southern-style wings and mild wings, and both were really good. The mild seasoning was my favorite flavorful without being overpowering. The chicken was crispy, fresh, and hot… honestly better than Popeyes, no exaggeration.
For sides, I had the cheese grits and collard greens both were a 10/10. The grits were creamy, cheesy, and soft, and the greens were perfectly seasoned. I also tried the baked beans, which were really flavorful.
The drinks were just as good I mixed the homemade lemonade and iced tea, and it was perfect. And I have to mention the ice (yes, the ice 😂)…that soft, chewable ice just made everything better.
The banana pudding was AMAZING. Super creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Shoutout to Jay for the great service very welcoming, helpful, and made the whole experience feel comfortable, especially for my first visit.
The atmosphere was clean and calm, and we sat outside which made it even better. Staff stayed on top of keeping everything tidy, and you could tell everyone worked together.
Only thing for me I’m not big on pickles, so I’ll skip that next time, but that’s just personal preference.
Overall, I had a great experience and I will definitely be back. I’m already looking forward to trying more on the menu next time!

I love Hattie B's! The atmosphere is refreshing and welcoming, and the tables and seats were clean when we came in. I ordered the Sweet and Smoky chicken tenders; They were very flavorful and the fries were amazingly seasoned as well. Also, they offer sweet tea as an option, and it's very yummy, too! You should definitely try it! :D

If you’re anywhere near a Hattie B’s, you have to stop by! Just a heads-up on the parking: it’s a bit tricky, so read the signs carefully. There’s a lot right next door that looks like paid parking, but if you use the app, the first hour is actually free! We missed that and parked a few blocks away, but the walk was worth it. The Medium and Mild heat levels were fantastic this time, though I’m definitely leveling up to 'Hot' on my next visit. I might even brave the Ghost Pepper one day—but I’ll probably take that to-go so I can have a cold beer ready to put out the fire!

If you like a unique twist on chicken, you found your restaurant. The wings and chicken fingers are excellent. If you are not a spicy advocate, stick to the mild versions - even they have a kick. The sides and desserts are just as delicious.
