Extremely happy with the service I’ve received from Herring Heating & Air! The owners, James and Robert, came out on a Sunday and worked diligently to fix our A/C issues. These gentlemen are kind, polite and professional. Herring Heating & Air is the ABSOLUTE BEST!

They only want to sell you new trane system not repair what you have.
Came out for ac not working.
Tech was having to be walked through over phone how to diagnose didnt know what he was doing. Another tech does come by to help but he seems like a salesman. They say the compressor is bad old out of date and dont have the parts to repair. We have a goodman system that was new in 2016. They say the entire system needs replaced for $16000
We refuse they keep trying to convince my mother to sign up for the financing and would install new system today.
Get another second look from a different company. Other company tells me the compressor works but trips breaker. There is To much pressure in system. He cleaned the coils and made everything work again with out any parts. We saved 16000 by not listening to the heavy pressure sales pitch from herring

Mini Split installed in my business. Herring went above and beyond. Impressed with workmanship and Pride in their business. From the beginning with estimate with James Herring to the completion of job.
Highly recommend

We have been using Herring for over 20 years and they never disappoint. This time, we ordered a two-story mini split which got installed in 5 days—they would have done it the next day but we had to travel! The guys did a perfect job.
Today we had attic insulation done. The house has never been this cool, comfortable and quiet before. These guys know their business. May be a bit more than competition but worth every penny. You actually get what you expect.
Highly recommended! 😊👍🇫🇮🇺🇸
