I had a great experience with this plumbing company! Ryan, my technician, was professional, kind, and efficient. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and completed the repair with excellent workmanship. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was done. The entire process was smooth, and I truly appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company and especially Ryan for anyone needing reliable plumbing services! He needs a raise!

I just had IMD&P replace my tankless water heater last week. The technician, Joe, was outstanding. His communication was on point, he was always timely, and he was able to solve multiple plumbing issues in one visit (all related to the water heater). This company is who my home warranty company, Old Republic, picked and I can see why. They do great work. I will be calling them for all future plumbing needs. If you get Joe as your technician, just know you are in great hands. Cannot recommend highly enough.

5-STAR SERVICE: We were 100% satisfied with the response time and the service team that came out. When you hire someone to do a job, you expect the issues to be addressed but Iron Mountain goes the extra mile handling not only the issues that they were hired for but they identify and fix other items that may not have been installed properly by other companies as they work through original issues, at no extra cost. Iron Mountain Plumbing is a 1st Class Company with 1st Class people. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
