Michael and John were so polite and helpful. They did intricate work repairing our Brizo faucets as well as cleared up a few other simple issues we had. They listened as we explained the problems we were experiencing and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to correct them. We would definitely call them again!

Yesterday, I went downstairs to find water all over the floor. I called a friend for a referral and they shared New Era's info! I was so grateful that they were able to come out the SAME day! Josh and John arrived and immediately began to work! They were the most efficient workers I have ever witnessed! They were so nice too! They also were also able to correct something that could have caused other issues later on! I am so impressed and they will be the ones I call for any plumbing issues in the future!

I have had multiple service calls for different reasons and have always been pleased with the result of the work and the price. Joseph is always very responsive. Micheal and Alec and John and Josh are most professional and courteous.

Josh and John were prompt and very knowledgeable when they came to my house and opened the sewer. They not only got on the roof and ran an auger, but they came in the house and ran the washing machine drain. After the drain was open, they wiped down the trap that blew my mind. I’d recommend them at any time anywhere

Called New Era one afternoon to replace a leaking water heater, and they had a new unit installed and our hot water back up and running by the next morning. Price was fair, and service was professional. Highly recommend.
