This is my second system installed by One Source. One Source Sales and service Techs came through with flying colors again. Professionalism, and knowledgeable of the system being installed and timely service definitely adds a certain level of comfort.

I was able to get the unit installed the next day after purchasing. The team came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very respectful very polite. I would recommend them.

The plumber that came out from One Source, Dale Garner, was very professional and extremely polite.
Once he diagnosed the two separate issues I was dealing with. He wrote up the estimates for each issue separately so I could make my financial decision about what to have repaired.
One of the issues proved to be a very stubborn one! Dale continued to work at it until it was handled. I truly appreciate his diligence to get plumbing issues resolved. I had been dealing with the issue for over a week before I realized that I needed to find a plumbing company. Which is when I got the referral suggestion from Will @ Birmingham Mountain Radio.
I am very pleased with One Source and their services! So much that I signed up for the yearly service agreement.

Overall very impressed with OneSource.
OneSource sent Isaac out to diagnose an issue with our AC. He quickly found the problem and explained it to us in terms we could understand.
We ended up needing a new unit and the process was fast and seamless. Tristan and Ben came out the next day and got our new unit in and respected our home as if it was their own.
10/10 on value, cleanliness, time sensitivity, and customer service.

On Wednesday when the guys put the system in they were super nice. Gary did an excellent job of explaining everything. Hated how hot it was.
On Thursday when Garrett came out he must had an attitude. He thought my wife didn't know what she was talking about and degraded her about the warranty and maintenance program. That was not acceptable. My wife finally called the office and talked to Carla and she helped my wife on a professional level. My wife was correct that when your system is under warranty the call is free. My wife tried to tell Garrett what Gary explained to us. Garrett told us that Gary didn't know what he was talking about. When Garrett got through and checked the older unit, he explained that everything was ok, he then said we just needed to settle up on the $89. Wife told him that she talked to Carla in their office and she said wife was correct that we didn't owe any amount. He was surprised and my wife told him he could call her and verified it. He said I certainly will and they'll figure it out. Wife couldn't understand why he had an attitude with her as a customer. Didn't bother to call himself and double check what my wife was telling him. He just acted like he was right and wife was wrong. Very unprofessional. He was the 1st guy from One Source that acted like that. Other than that all is good. Thank you.
