The reason I chose Webb Plumbing was for the reviews. Now I see why the reviews are high. From the moment I met him I knew I would like him and use him again. Recommending to friends and family after posting this review.

I called P. Webb at 8:00 this morning and he came to help me set up my new washer and dryer. He also made sure that my washer valves were connected correctly. Great customer service and very punctual. I will definitely use this company again.

If you're looking for an experienced plumber in the Birmingham Metro area, P. Webb Plumbing is the way to go. Patrick, the owner, did an outstanding job installing a bathroom vanity and sink under difficult conditions (this included moving the water lines).. He agreed to come to my home on short notice, and arrived on time -- even texting me his ETA. Patrick was polite, professional. and genuinely wanted to help. His attention to detail was extraordinary -- it was obvious he takes great pride in his work. Patrick went above and beyond , even creating a divider to hide the original wood that was exposed after the earlier demolition. He was willing to work as long as it took, and I was amazed by the finished product. I don't typically write reviews, but I was so impressed I had to make an exception. Call Mr. Webb if you want the job done right!

The customer service, the timeliness of completing the work and being informed of the required work, the honesty in pricing and overall experience is second to none. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Jefferson/Shelby County area.

I used Patt for the first time years ago on one of my rental properties and he was great. I always kept his contact information and I’ve recently needed him 2 times in the past 3 months or so and he is still very responsive and the service is even more proficient than before.
