The red snapper was absolutely the best fish I've ever had. The waiter was amazing, Quinn was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was celebrating my birthday and got a free dessert. I chose the key lime pie which was exceptional. Everything is made in house. Delicious food, great atmosphere! Go if you get the chance.

Ate here once before while traveling for work. I was so impressed with food and service i made the 5 hour round trip to bring the wife and enjoyed another great experience. Server was attentive and on point, had one brief moment without beverage and a different Server stopped by enquired about my empty glass and promptly resolved the issue that hadn't even had time to be an issue. Our food was prepared to prefection in all three courses.
This is a popular dinning establishment if you plan to come highly recommend making a reservation. While we was dinning we did hear a gentleman pass by saying they had waited 2hrs for a table. With reservation our wait was under 10 mins.

My sister wanted shrimp for her birthday and this is the place I chose to take her.
I had the cobb seafood salad with shrimp and crab. That salad is hands down the best salad ive ever had, it put every other salad to shame lol.
My husband had the salmon topped with seafood and it was okay, nothing special. He loves salmon but probably wouldn't get it again.
My sister had the Cajun tenders and shrimp. The waitress upsold that perfectly and convinced her to get the large. The large is what you get to share with the family or eat for a few days, that plate was loaded.
We got the hot honey gator bites to share and a large gumbo. Those gator bites were perfect but the gumbo was just okay.
We had great service and fast drink refills and for my sister's birthday she got free dessert to take home.

Always look forward to going here. The food is consistently good. No complaints. To top off the evening, we had Hannah serve us. She was so much fun and very attentive. We will request her when we come back. We talked to the manager Parker who was also very pleasant to tell him about her. Recommend Papadeaux and Hannah!

We visited Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen for Mother’s Day and the entire experience was incredible. The seafood gumbo was bold, rich, and packed with flavor, while the crab dip was creamy, cheesy, and absolutely addictive with the toasted bread. The shrimp étouffée had the perfect Cajun kick, the grilled fish with shrimp was buttery and melt in your mouth tender, and the stuffed shrimp was crispy on the outside with savory, flavorful stuffing inside.
Everything came out fresh, steaming hot, and beautifully plated even with the holiday rush. The portions were generous, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was truly top tier from beginning to end. Easily one of the best seafood dining experiences we’ve had in Birmingham.
