Fantastic service from Pell City Heating and Cooling. Daulton came all the way to Eastaboga to assist me. He called prior to his visit, and he arrived promptly,. He was highly professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had my AC unit up and running perfectly in no time. He also set me up on their maintenance plan to service my unit twice a year. I highly recommend Daulton at Pell City Heating and Cooling for any AC repair needs!

We really appreciate the prompt visit by Pell City Heating and Cooling. Air went out Thursday and they came out Friday to diagnose issue. We needed a new unit and had install scheduled the following day. The install group of Ricky, Matt, and Carlos was prompt and efficient. They took their time to remove the old unit, repair, and install the new one. They were careful to make sure they didn’t cause any damage during their visit. Everyone with PC Heating and Cooling was courteous and knowledgeable.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Trane is a really good brand and we were happy there is a local train dealer to help. There was an issue with the compressor that was installed and they came back quickly and replaced it with a brand new outdoor unit. Everything is working perfectly.

Ricky and Carlos were very polite and professional as they were installing my new Heat Pump system. They made sure everything was working correctly before they left. They also cleared the work area and explained what they did and the Heat Pump system. I was very pleased.

I placed a service call in the morning and a service man was out within a few hours. Our old unit was very out dated and beyond repair. We were given a reasonable quote on a replacement system, and they were able to install two days later. We are very satisfied.
