Ricky, Carlos, Trip and Dalton among a few others did a great job on our new Trane HVAC system. Our 28 year old system went down THE DAY BEFORE a graduation party was to be held at our house. We needed a new unit fast! PC Heating and Cooling sent out 5 trucks and 7 guys the next day and totally removed the old system and replaced it with a new one in about 4 hours!! We still had at least an hour to get the house cooled down to a nice cool temperature for the party. They really helped us out in a pinch and knocked it out so fast. System looks great and works flawlessly. Very happy with the service. Couldn’t have asked for more honestly.
Unfortunately we have one more very old unit that will need replacing in the near future and you know who we will be calling to take care of that one as well. All I can say is when you need quality help or maintenance or a whole new system like us, give Pell City Heating and Cooling a call. They will definitely be able to take care of you.

Fantastic service from Pell City Heating and Cooling. Daulton came all the way to Eastaboga to assist me. He called prior to his visit, and he arrived promptly,. He was highly professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had my AC unit up and running perfectly in no time. He also set me up on their maintenance plan to service my unit twice a year. I highly recommend Daulton at Pell City Heating and Cooling for any AC repair needs!

We really appreciate the prompt visit by Pell City Heating and Cooling. Air went out Thursday and they came out Friday to diagnose issue. We needed a new unit and had install scheduled the following day. The install group of Ricky, Matt, and Carlos was prompt and efficient. They took their time to remove the old unit, repair, and install the new one. They were careful to make sure they didn’t cause any damage during their visit. Everyone with PC Heating and Cooling was courteous and knowledgeable.

Ricky and Carlos were very polite and professional as they were installing my new Heat Pump system. They made sure everything was working correctly before they left. They also cleared the work area and explained what they did and the Heat Pump system. I was very pleased.
