I had the privilege of meeting Drake while he was servicing my dad's air unit. I inquired about the services they provided and he provided exceptional details and I signed up immediately. I was scheduled for service on my particular unit at my.home the following week. Drake arrived on time and introduced himself again and went over the services to be performed. He was a true professional and he provided me with an explanation on what he saw and made recommendations as well. If you need your unit serviced or an upgrade, please contact them. For the past few years, Perfect Services Heating and Air have been providing my spring and fall tuneups and preventative maintenance checks. They have sent out different and repeat technicians, and it’s always the same quality service. Today, a young man named Clay came out, and again I was very pleased with the service he provided. He was friendly and respectful to both me and my home. He asked if I had any questions, and when I did, he patiently and thoroughly explained. Kudos to Clay and PSHA.

Clay came out yesterday and serviced our HVAC unit. He was very professional and courteous and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. We did sign up for a yearly service contract, which was a good price. We look forward to working with Perfect Service in the future.

I want to preface this review as we have been loyal customers of perfect heating and air for a good many years. And last year during the hottest part of the summer our old unit went out. We decided to get a new complete unit installed that night. That team was awesome as they worked through the night to get the install completed so we would not be with our air for too long. For us it was important as we have frenchies, and as everyone knows they do not do well at all in the heat. So now to comment on tonight’s service call. We called the office about 4:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I explained what the unit was doing as the outside unit would not kick on to save its life. They stated that they had an appointment cancel for tomorrow and could fit us in. Of course being without air for a night was going to be rough. I was not happy but agreed for the next day appointment. About 10-15 minutes later I get a call from them stating that they were going to have a tech swing by in a bit to check it out. We were grateful for the help and the technician was quick to identify the issue. Service like this is why we stay loyal to them.

Upon our prepaid cleaning visit, the technician discovered that A/C evaporate coil needed replacing and fortunately the part was covered under the warranty. He was at the house approximately 5-6 hours in the heat of the day, but didn’t leave until he finished the job so we would have A/C! We are so appreciative for that!! 😻
