Great company and really great people! Very nice staff when calling in to discuss issues. I met these guys while they were working another job and they were kind enough to let me take minutes of their time to ask questions about an issue I was having in my home. They were super knowledgeable and confident that my issue was fixable at a reasonable price. That led to me receiving a business card from them. I called to set an appointment which was super easy. They came out and did exactly what they said they’d do and in good time, which is rare today. My issue is fixed. Safe to say I’m very happy with Pickle Plumbing! Will be recommending!

I was very happy with the service I received from Pickles Septic Service. The young man that located the septic was knowledgeable about where and how to locate tank. He answered every question I asked and was not upset that I inquired about what he was doing .Kudos. 👍 The technicians that services my tank was on it from the time they pulled up. They help the young man pulled open the cover and immediately access the tank and begin to suction. As I watch their rotation and professional handling of equipment and communication to each other as a team were remarkable . They complete the work and gave me feedback to properly take care of the tank without adding harsh additives that would harm it. After completing the job they allowed me to take pictures and filled the hole back with satisfaction.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I hired Pickle Plumbing to perform a $1,250 spot repair, and that is the work they completed. My stepfather was present and heard the crew explain that if they had replaced the entire sewer line, they would have had to tear down my deck. My deck was never torn down because they did not replace the entire line.
If the scope of work or the cost was going to change, I should have been contacted before any changes were made and given the opportunity to approve them. That never happened. Instead, after completing the spot repair, the company refused to accept the $1,250 payment and insisted that I owed $3,800 for a full line replacement that I do not believe was performed.
When I questioned the charges, Brenda was extremely rude, hung up on me, and then told me they would come back to my property, remove the work they had completed, and place a lien on my property. I found her behavior completely unprofessional and intimidating.
I expected honesty, communication, and respect. Instead, I experienced poor customer service, a billing dispute over work I did not authorize, and threatening communication when I asked questions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Pickle Plumbing.

Everyone was great. Placed one call and appointment was set up. Devin and Rodney came out and they knew what they were doing. Devin called to ask if he could pull in the driveway. You could hardly tell they were here. Devin explained the process and they worked really fast. Cleaned out the tank and washed it clean. They were very friendly and respectful of the grass and property.
They have the best price also.
I will recommend and use them again!

Pickle septic tank is an amazing company with great customer service and professional workers. They came out located my tank, didnt have to use the backhoe, then the guys came out to pump out my tank. Great job at a good price. Id recommend!
