I'm pleased to say I made a great choice for purchasing my new Hivac system from Prantl. My need for a new system was immediate and Tom (owner) came to my house the same day. Tom discussed the Trane line of Hivac systems and specification of each system and based on my budget heat and his recommendation was very helpful for the best solution and system. I felt the price was fair and right on point for my budget. We discussed the warranty in detail and Trane has very good warranty. Most important the installation is critical part of this project and Tom walked me through every step. Again, I needed ac now as it was 100% and heat index was110 Birmingham, AL. Tom said he would be at my house at 8:00 am in the morning. That was perfect. The Prantl team was the most outstanding talented highly qualified technicians and as I mentioned before the installation process is very important part. The guys are the best and take a lot pride in their work!!
I am a new member for Prantl to service my Hivac system in fall and spring as preventive maintenance. I highly recommend Prantl Heating & Cooling for all you Hivac needs!

We had an outstanding experience with Prantl. From the initial diagnosis to the final installation of our new system, communication was clear and consistent every step of the way. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the install team was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. Couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend them

Tom and Matthew responded the same day I called. They got everything repaired quickly . They were friendly and the cost of their service was very reasonable. I felt good enough about the experience to purchase a maintenance plan. I’m very glad to have people who have earned my trust I can call in my community!

I cannot say enough great things about Prantl Heating & Air and Tom, the owner. Every year, they donate an HVAC unit to a local organization, and this year they chose the nonprofit where I work, Grace House Ministries, which serves Alabama girls in foster care. One of our homes received a brand-new HVAC unit at no cost. It was such a blessing. During installation, Tom even found an issue we didn’t know about and fixed it.
Then tonight, at my own home, our AC went out and the house was nearing 90 degrees. We called Tom, and he came straight over. He quickly identified the issue and had our AC running again so my kids could sleep comfortably.
Professional, generous and incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Prantl Heating & Air! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
