We needed a full water heater installation after our old one died. Birmingham Plumbing came through quickly and the job was done right. Loved how the expert explained the whole system to us.

We called many firms this summer because our hot water heater leaked.I liked Birmingham Plumbing's service. They were honest and transparent about price. Without hidden fees or surprises, the final invoice matched the initial estimate. Their honesty sets them different from other service providers.

Jayden did a great job replacing my hot water heater. Even though it wasn't an emergency, I was grateful for the prompt reply to my call. He quickly scheduled a meeting with me and arrived the following day exactly on schedule. He completed the task efficiently and promptly.

I noticed water pooling near the heater. The water heater repair done by Birmingham Plumbing was quick and the guy explained what caused it without trying to upsell anything.

What a horror, my garbage disposal broke, and now I have to clean the dishes by hand. Like the rest of you, I was at a loss and relied on online reviews to get the best individual for the job. I'm happy to report that Jayden was prompt, methodical, and a thoroughly kind person. I know who to call when I have a plumbing emergency.
