Brandon with Roto-Rooter was outstanding. He arrived quickly when our sewage pump failed and we were dealing with a stressful situation. He quickly identified the root of the problem and helped get everything under control. He was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. We've used Roto-Rooter several times. When we had a pipe burst that caused severe water damage, Roto-Rooter worked very fast to get the plumber and the water restoration team onsite. The Water Restoration Manager Settinino Cornelius was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us submit the insurance claim, and his support made the whole process less stressful. The team did high quality work.

My bathroom flooded twice due to a badly clogged drain. I had to call 4 times over 2 days for the dispatchers to get someone out who could fix the issue. Each time, I was told that someone would be there within an hour.
That being said, when they sent the technician Jekovan to my house the problem was fixed quickly and professionally. He was polite, considerate, professional, and had a great personality. He even offered some advice on how to fix my bathtub faucet and cleaned up the bathroom before he left.
5/5 for Jekovan. I was really impressed and I will be specifically requesting him from now on.
1/5 for dispatch. They really need to work on their communication with customers and giving incorrect timelines, especially in emergency situations.
