I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Sentry Heating & AC. Today, Jamie and his apprentice, Chase, took on a very challenging HVAC installation on a day when temperatures were nearly 100 degrees. They spent hours working both outside and under the house, yet they remained professional, courteous, and positive throughout the entire job.
What impressed me most was the care they took with my home and landscaping. They were respectful of my property, worked tirelessly all day, and even stayed after hours to make sure everything was installed correctly and operating perfectly before they left.
This isn't my first experience with Sentry, and once again they exceeded my expectations. They consistently provide excellent products and outstanding customer service. Jamie and Chase are a tremendous asset to the company, and I highly recommend Sentry to anyone looking for quality HVAC service.

When we moved into our new house on a Friday morning only to find the furnace/heat completely non-functional during the below-freezing weeks of February, the Sentry team swooped in to save the day! They did an amazing job from start to finish on helping us survive the cold weekend and setting us up for long-term success. We called after finding the issue at 10:30am, had someone at the house by 1:30pm, quotes for new systems by 3pm, and a new furnace installed and heating our house by 6:30pm. They returned bright and early on Monday morning to complete the full work through, to install the AC unit we had also purchased, and to install the new thermostat. Throughout the entire process the team was communicative, knowledgeable, and professional. We’ll be coming back to Sentry for future service. Special shout out to Ben, Jamie, Lauren C., and James for all of their help, care, and assistance!

Hannia and Luis provided great service during my spring maintenance. So much so they identified one part that needed repair and came back after hours to assure completion. Great to see two team members put customers first. Well Done!

Jake with Sentry helped my daughter rescue a baby bluebird from inside our HVAC system. He even brought a box to put the bird in and was ready to take him to a wildlife center. My daughter took the bird to a rescue center but the fact that Jake was willing to do that for us is exceptional customer service!

I recently had a PRV replacement and water heater replacement. First of all, the estimate was a very reasonable price compared to another competitor. Devonn and Ryan did the install and did a tremendous job. I was very impressed by Devonn’s knowledge and willingness to take the time to explain and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
