We replaced both of our AC & heating units (upstairs and downstairs, inside and outside) and added whole house filters to both units in July 2020. I got three estimates from local contractors and found that Freedom had not only the best price but also the best maintenance plan. They've been servicing our units twice yearly since then. There were a few minor glitches along the way, but everything has been taken care of to our satisfaction with no problem. Their most recent visit was in June 2025. Their tech, Caleb, found a few issues, but cleaned and serviced all the units as part of Freedom's maintenance plan and we're ready for the summer! We would highly recommend both Freedom Heating and Cooling and their tech Caleb. 👍
12/9/2025 Update
Matthew and his partner did a thorough inspection of our upstairs and downstairs A/C and heating systems today. Both were very courteous and answered all my questions. They worked quickly and inspected both the inside units and the outside units and cleaned them where necessary. We recommend Matthew and Freedom Heating and Cooling. 👍

I had a bed link in behind my wall whereas I had to call on Service Experts. The plumber that came to my house was Colton Abts. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my link in a timely fashion and cleaned up his work site immediately. If he was an employee of mine I would have to give him a raise. That’s just how mannerable and professional he was.

My plumbing backed up. I didn’t have a plumber and found Service Experts by chance and I was very happy with my choice. Stephen fixed my plumbing problem in a short time. He was very knowledgeable and kept me informed about what he was doing. I’m totally happy with the results and the price.

Josh and Eric performed the bi-annual service for my system. They were on time, thorough, and helpful as always. I appreciate the time they take to answer any questions and especially appreciate the Home Health Report provided after they service the system.
We have worked with this company for years and have been satisfied with every interaction we have had with them.

Our air conditioner began leaking on Saturday afternoon & they were here Sunday morning to check things out. Monday morning, they arrived to install a new HVAC system. All the workers were polite, knowledgeable & helpful. They replaced another system(we have two) in our home two years ago. Highly recommend!
