Our good experience with Brown Skelton started with the individual who came to our home and went over the details of the Generac system and what our expectations should entail. After much discussion there was an agreement of price and size of system to meet our needs.
The gentlemen who arrived on time for the install of the system were efficient and respectful throughout the process. It went according to the initial meeting expectations. They stayed until everything was in working order and we had a good understanding of our responsibility going forward.
A pleasant experience from start to finish.

Kevin was friendly and told us everything we needed up front, gave us a quote and finished the job in a timely manner. We even signed up for their HVAC, plumbing and electrical plan. I would highly recommend Kevin Schoen for any plumbing needs.

It was a pleasure to have Brandon work on my AC today. I was suffering through the heat and dreading the potential cost of service. I work from home so there was no escape or reprieve if I ignored the problem. I knew it had to be done. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional. Even though I knew I was responsible for not having preventative measures with my AC units, Brandon did not make me feel awful for my neglect. He just pointed out the issues, and told me what I needed to do. I did not feel like he rushed the job. He also gave me options to continue to maintain my home. I believe that it was reasonably priced, and certainly just a small fraction of the cost. I’m so thankful that I was able to get my appointment requested online on a Sunday (for Monday booking). Taylor was helpful with getting my appointment confirmed. I’m grateful overall for the work completed, and the service I receive. I highly recommend!

Things going wrong is a common inconvenience when owning a home, but this company made the process a little less burdensome. I’ve had the pleasure of using Brandon for my HVAC system and William for plumbing. Both technicians were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. My issues were resolved quickly and the scheduling team ( I’m so sorry that I don’t remember their names) was amazing!
