Once I got home and realized that our air was out and there was a burning smell I called Wes with SG and he narrowed down the possibilities. Immediately he sent Blake on the way. Blake was able to quickly recognize the issue and replace our burnt fan motor. He had us back and going in less than 2 hours. We are very thankful for the speed and professionalism that Wes and Blake responded with. Sleeping Giant is definitely top notch!

The Sleeping Giant tech was very young and highly skilled. He cleaned the unit and assessed my unit's malfunction when technicians of 25 and 30 years experience could not analyze and detect, and fix the problem with my Unit.
He was very courteous and mannerable beyond his years and a delight to talk to. Also the price was very affordable and inexpensive for a senior citizen on a fixed income. Other companies charge 3 times as much and I was extatic when my unit was fixed and paying a very reasonable price.
I will definitely use them in the future and I recommend them very highly to anyone who has a unit that is not functioning correctly.

We just had a new unit put in yesterday, the guys came out, got the job done quickly and they are always nice and professional! We have been using Sleeping Giant for yrs and we have never been disappointed! Highly recommended!!

First time customer and experience using SG after it was recommended by several people to have them come look at my air and I COULDN'T be happier with the service I received and honestly so impressed by my technician Andrew Craddock!! From start to finish, the Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit, explained everything clearly, and had it running perfectly again in no time. What really stood out was his honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s hard to find reliable service these days, but this company truly exceeded my expectations and I felt like I could actual trust Andrew's recommendations and judgement when it came to what to do, about prices, etc. and never felt like I was being scammed or taken advantage of like some places and technicians will do to get you to spend more money or tell somethings wrong when it's really not to get you to buy a new unit or more money then you really have to.
I highly recommend Andrew with SG to anyone needing A/C repairs or maintenance and will always request Andrew as my technician to come service my a/c units. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

We called on a Sunday morning due to not have any air. I called and a real person answered which was really nice bc I had already called like 4 other company and did not talk to a real person and any of them. Blake answered and told me he would get to my house asap. Today the temp was 93 degrees and I was worried due to our kids and or pet. Blake came a few hours later and had our air back running in no time. The price was affordable especially due to this being an emergency trip due to being on a Sunday. Blake was professional and knowledgeable. From now on Sleeping Giant will be my first call every time.
