Seth was so pleasant and friendly from the first call. When he got to the house , he got to work and was done in no time. Told us why our unit wasn't cooling, took care of it and was on his way in under an hour, maybe less. He answered all our questions and gave us info about maintenance since our unit is older. We will use Standard again because of Seth and will be asking for him to be our service technician. Keep up the good work, Seth, and thanks!

Called this company about a month ago and spent $1,100.00 and I still have the same problem I paid them to repair. On the phone with another company on Labor Day to come on an emergency call to repair the same problem Standard was paid to repair. Standard came to our home three times and performed three different operations that never solved the original problem of condensate dripping and filling the condensate catch pan under the air handler. These people are incompetent. I am very disappointed with John the service manager and Tyler the general manager. Their corporate office should review our complaints.

I had a good experience with the tech that came out to perform a tune-up on my AC system. He was very knowledgeable and professional
He explained to me everything he was doing which was good. My only disappointment was that the maintenance tune up did not include cleaning out the outside coil or fins on the compressor like I had done before with a different company. I have been using standard heating, cooling and plumbing for years now and they always have given me good service in the past.

Techs name is Will, very professional. Thoroughly checked both AC Units, inside and outside along with making sure condensation lines were clear. Took his time and made sure we did t have any foreseeable issues going into the summer. This will likely save us far more than the cost of the tune up. Was well worth the price! I’m saving their main number for certain.

Excellent service. They were here quickly, the tech was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, he even wore covers on his shoes to keep the house clean. The work was finished quickly and explained what he was going to do and then showed me everything he had done. Really a great experience. Highest recommendation!
