Brandon helped us with diagnosing an issue with our tankless hot water heater and other issues that was affecting the temperature. He replaced our pressure gauge (which was in a very hard part of the house to get to), as well as a mixing gauge that was affecting our temperature of hot water in the tub. He is super polite, experienced, efficient, and great with explaining what the situation was and hot to fix. The fees for the services/parts were very reasonable and I am thankful to have Superior for our plumbing needs!
Emily is awesome as well, with booking the appointments and her customer service skills.

Superior Plumbing was fantastic to work with, from the moment I called the office to the time Robert completed the job.. The staff were professional, kind and courteous. Robert was able to diagnose and fix my problem (pressure regulator needed replacement) within a span of about 2 hours. If I need help in the future I will definitely be giving them a call.

I have used Superior Plumbing for 6 years. Robert & his team always provide timely, high quality service at a fair price. One time I utilized another plumbing service through my home warranty and they only fixed the problem temporarily -- Superior Plumbing came out fast and fixed it permanently. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Drain, and have already referred friends to them. Robert did an outstanding job resetting my commode after new flooring was installed. Robert was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. The ladies who answered the phones are very friendly and sincere about getting you the help you need. If you want the job done right you need to call these guys!
