Consistently great service, flexibility and understanding, and professional, knowledgeable and diligent service personnel every time I'm in need of plumbing assistance. Issues are always resolved quickly, thoroughly and expertly. Could not be happier with The Neighborhood Plumber, and major thanks to everyone I've had the pleasure of working with, including Malcolm - your work is significant and very much appreciated!

The plumbers arrived in the specified time that was set up. Both were courteous and friendly. They gave us options and once we decided what we wanted done they did it quickly and efficiently. Did not leave a mess or anything for us to clean up. Definitely will call them again!

I can't say enough great things about The Neighborhood Plumber Inc.! I originally hired them for a complex project that included installing gas lines for my pool heater, fire bowls, and an outdoor shower. The workmanship was outstanding, and everything was completed professionally with attention to detail.
More recently, I smelled gas and called them right away. They responded quickly, thoroughly inspected all the gas lines and connections, and gave me complete peace of mind.
A special thanks to Austin, who was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to answer my questions, and talking with him felt like talking to a trusted neighbor.
If you're looking for a company that is reliable, honest, responsive, and truly cares about its customers, I highly recommend The Neighborhood Plumber Inc. I'll definitely be using them again and won't hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors!

Absolutely fantastic service from first contact to job completion. Called on Thursday morning (9:30ish), chatted with Laura (who is about the friendliest person ever!) and officially scheduled for Monday as they had a full schedule. Thirty minutes later I received another call saying they would be able to work me in that afternoon! Another 45 minutes and I received another call saying they could head my way immediately and was provided a name and picture of who would be coming to my house (which I appreciate as a woman especially with kids at home). Matthew was super friendly and sweet with my kids as well as a very efficient worker while still happy to make conversation. He made sure our toilet was back in working order with multiple test flushes without and then with toilet paper. 10/10 would recommend both this technician and this business!

Will did excellent work and did a great job explaining the issue, the options, and then enacting the solution. Matt and his office staff couldn’t be kinder or more courteous, quick and responsive. Haven’t used anyone else for years, and I don’t plan to in the future.
