We had our elderly aunt's AC unit start leaking, so we called a local company to come out and take a look. After a brief inspection, they told us the unit needed to be completely replaced at a cost of nearly $10,000.
Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Tri-County Heating & Air. They sent a technician out the very next day, and after a thorough inspection, he found that the unit did not need to be replaced. He was able to repair it and get it working properly, saving us thousands of dollars.
We were very close to being taken advantage of, and we're so thankful we called Tri-County. It's refreshing to know there are still honest companies that put their customers first.
The technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. Tri-County has earned our trust and will have our business from now on. We'll be recommending them to all of our friends and family.

Wayne was very nice and did a great job. Love that ur company is honest with their work and doesn't try to sale extra stuff. understand Wayne is new to ur company hope and I'm sure he will be an accent to u. Hope to request him in the future. Keep up the good work! Honesty does count!

Fantastic experience!!!! We have been having a/c issues since June. The company we were using was AWFUL!! Called Tri-County this morning. Bo was at our house less than 2 hours later and had us fixed up in no time. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and stayed to ensure it was running smoothly. Highly recommend and will use them from now on. Five stars for sure!

We arrived home at 2:00 after a vacation to a house at 84 degrees. I immediately called and was told they could get someone out in the afternoon. By 3:00 Michael arrived. He was friendly, polite, and detected our issue right away and got us set up and cooling. We would HIGHLY recommend Tri-Counties!
