They put a new unit in my home in July of 2025 the unit went bad in June of 2026. They had to do a service call twice in June. They patched the unit up until it was no longer under warranty. Frances has a nasty attitude and lack customer service skills. When I called her out on the faulty work and system they put in my home. She started talking over me. When I ask her to let me speak , she states get somebody else to do it and hung up in my face. I had to hire another company to tell me Turn key put a faulty or old compressor on the unit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish could give them no stars. FRAUD!!!!

Best HVAC company in Birmingham. Not only is their service incredible but they are one of the few companies that actually charge fair pricing. I've used tons of companies and this is the number one company I use for all my properties. Highly reccommend them. Best heating and air company in Birmingham. Best AC repair company in Birmingham. They purposely lied to us out of spite and left us with no AC for now 6 days.
Probably the most disrespectful unprofessional HVAC employees you will ever come in contact with. Still have no AC and still they keep pushing back the repair saying lack of communication on our end but really it's lack of communication and respect on their end.

I live in Alabama my neighbor air was put in by Turn key and in the mist they cut my wires. I had to go 2weeks til last Friday morning. I understand they didn’t want to except the responsibility but my air stopped once my neighbor air got fixed.. got a upper respiratory infection and had to go to Emergency Room and my primary care physician yesterday ,. Today is the best I have feeled since they messed my a/c unit up. I had another professional company Dr. Comfort and the video what they found and then Turn Key decided to do something. I would think they would have been more considered it was hot those 2 weeks so I’m contacting a attorney because I have bills from Emergency Room and my primary care physician…it’s sad that I should not had to wait 2 weeks I didn’t deserve this things happen no apology nothing poor business. NOT A MEMBER OF BBB I CHECKED

This company and their technicians were very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and had my issue handled quickly. Also, the employee in the office who scheduled the appointment was very kind and helpful as well. She also gave me a courteous call, letting me know the technicians were on their way to my home. I highly recommend Turn Key Heating and AC.
