One of the few mom and pop places left to eat.and enjoy personal services. Food was great and there was so much to choose from. Come check.it out , I think you will agree it's a nice place 😉 😀. Pricing, along the same.lines as other eating places, but, I would much.rather come to a restaurant like this than a chain stores. There is more trust that what you get to eat is correctly done! We ate here again and it was great 👍 👌. The meats and the vegetables are given in large portions, we couldn't finish all of it! Come and try it 😏

Stopped here while traveling and was genuinely impressed by the warm, family-style atmosphere. The food selection was great, with plenty of options to choose from. I tried the salmon croquette for the first time and it was delicious. The vegetables were fresh and well-prepared too. It felt like an authentic local dining experience. Highly recommend if you’re passing through!

Absolutely delicious southern-style comfort food with an amazing hometown atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The waitstaff was outstanding—attentive, kind, and constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. You can truly tell this is one of those special places where everyone knows everyone, and it made the whole experience feel even more genuine and enjoyable. We had an absolutely wonderful time, and this will definitely be a place we visit again. If you’re ever in Warrior, Alabama, this spot is a must-stop for great food and an even better experience!

traveling down I65 always looking for a locals restaurant to try out. Stumbled upon the White House on a Sunday afternoon. Upon arriving you just find a seat and take it. They have a daily cafeteria style service that seems to be very popular with abundant size servings. we opted for the menu. Had the hamburger steak with grilled onions a baked potatoe and piece of garlic toast. it was preceded by a fresh salad and crackers. The servers are delightful and very attentive. The food was excellent and was a very large portion size. The only thing I regret was we weren't staying close because with that much food I needed a nap.

First time eating here, but will not be the last!! Great atmosphere, friendly regulars and a great staff that were eager to show us the ropes of this place. I highly recommend trying this place out if you love a good meat and veggies style establishment. My wife ordered the chili with grilled cheese and it was amazing!! Like I said, we will be coming back!
