From the moment I called Wilbur’s Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing, the customer service representative was incredibly friendly, understanding, and reassuring. She quickly contacted a technician and kept me informed throughout the process.
The technician arrived promptly, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and had our A/C running again in no time. It’s hard to put a price on having cool air restored on such a hot day!
I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service, fast response time, and quality work that Wilbur’s gave me. It’s refreshing to find a company that goes above and beyond for its customers, even on a weekend. I highly recommend Wilbur’s to anyone needing honest, reliable HVAC service!

Fast, dependable, and competent service. The technician Solomon explained what he was doing and why, and he came quickly to meet our needs. My family is grateful for them - we had used their plumbing service before but this was the first time

I needed a thermostat replaced. Ms. Helen was very professional and friendly on the phone. Ms. Susie called when my tech was on the way, informing me how long it would take him to arrive, as well as what he would be driving and his name. She was friendly and professional. Mr. Tyler Kauhn arrived promptly, was very respectful, courteous and professional. He explained the problem and replaced the thermostat. I would give them more stars if I could. Being summer and hot, I knew they would be very busy. They made time to get my house cooled. I thank them for being prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. They made me feel I was a priority. I would definitely recommend this company. I will be calling them when I am in need of their services.👍💯

Michael was the representative that came to assist me at my home with my hvac needs. He was very professional. He was able to promptly make an assessment of what needed to be done and he executed. He was complete within 15-20 minutes. I really appreciated his professionalism and his ability to resolve my issue quickly.

I recently had a broken sewer line under my house beneath the crawl space. I reached out to two big name companies, they would not take the job. Someone recommended the Pink Pig. The first technician/plumber came out and did an evaluation. He told me Wilbur Plumbing can handle the job. I was so relieved because we were talking about moving. We had standing water, foul odor and mosquitoes. The area under the house was extremely tight and the temperatures were near 100 degrees. I have to say thank to Norman, Squid and Matthew and all the rest of the young men that worked tirelessly to finish the job. God bless you all. Can't forget Susan in the office who kept me informed throughout the job. I love that Pink Pig! Yours truly Earl Couch.
