Had a really good experience with Xcalibur Services today. My upstairs unit hadn’t been cooling like it should, and honestly I had been writing it off as the system just struggling with how hot and humid it’s been this summer.
Tim and Chelsea came out and pretty quickly figured out what was actually going on. It turned out there was a clog in the drain that was causing the float switch to trip and shut the unit down. They cleared the clog, got everything working again, and what I was expecting to potentially be a major repair (or an expensive conversation about replacing the unit) ended up being a pretty simple fix.
Tim and Chelsea were both great to work with. Very professional and courteous, but also just easy to talk to. They took the time to explain what they were looking at, what they found, and why it was causing the problem instead of just fixing it and moving on.
They also talked to me about their service plan for keeping the units maintained and tuned up going forward. Given that I apparently managed to convince myself for a while that “Alabama summer” was the problem instead of calling someone, having them come out periodically and keep an eye on things seems like a pretty good idea. 😂
Really appreciate the service and the fact that they found and fixed the actual problem without trying to turn it into something bigger than it was. Definitely a positive experience with Xcalibur Services, and I’d have no hesitation recommending them.

Favid $ Arron completed an emergency water heater replacement less than 24 hrs of calling Excaliber. They also fixed a leak coming from the street main water line that would flooded our garage at some point. The work completed was professional and they left the area spotless afterward. Would highly recommend Excaliber for any household services.

I signed up for a one-year maintenance plan with Xcalibur because it was a good deal and I was already about to pay for one of the services that is included in the membership. My experience has been positive so far. I've inquired about some of the maintenance services they offer, like duct cleaning, and the prices do seem high. No one has tried to hard-sell me on anything though. The customer service has been very responsive, and all of the technicians I've had have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Most recently Blake came out to do an HVAC check for me. He was great; friendly, kind and professional and answered all my questions. I appreciate that everyone they've sent has been professional and trustworthy by all accounts. Maybe other reviewers had different people.

The technicians that fixed my leaky toilet were knowledgeable and professional. They gave me several different options to choose from, then completed the work immaculately, as far as I can tell. Everything went well.

KC was very knowledgeable and experienced.
The customer service was top-notch. The response time to me was immediate. I didn’t have to wait all day. I would definitely recommend Xcalibur to anyone that wants great Service. Thank you again.
